About Norbert Niederkofler
Norbert Niederkofler is a South Tyrolean chef who earned three Michelin stars at St. Hubertus in San Cassiano before relocating to Brunico in 2023 to open Atelier Moessmer. He achieved the unprecedented feat of regaining three Michelin stars within four months of the new restaurant's opening. His 'Cook the Mountain' philosophy centers on hyper-local Alpine ingredients, zero-waste cooking, and deep respect for the Dolomite terroir. Executive Chef Mauro Siega and Restaurant Manager/Wine Director Lukas Gerges lead daily operations.
