Born 1991, Sarno (Campania). Trained at 1★ Ristorante Il Faro di Capo d'Orso on the Amalfi Coast (5 years). Sous chef at Vistamare (Fogliano Hotel, Latina, 2015-2017). Earned Michelin star at 25 as executive chef. Earned star at Pietramare Natural Food (Calabria, 2022). Joined I Portici January 2023 as executive chef. One of youngest starred chefs in Italy.
