Michihiro Haruta

Michihiro Haruta is the head chef and co-founder of Crony, a 2-Michelin star restaurant in Motoazabu, Tokyo, which he opened in 2016 alongside sommelier Kazutaka Ozawa. The restaurant presents contemporary cuisine blending French and Scandinavian influences.
