Michel Sarran

Michel Sarran is one of the most celebrated chefs in Southwest France. He earned his first Michelin star in 1991 and held two stars from 2003 to 2022. A fixture of Toulouse gastronomy for over three decades, he is known for elevating Gascon ingredients with refined technique.
