Michael Caines MBE is one of Britain's most distinguished chefs, holding two Michelin stars at Gidleigh Park in Devon for 18 years. He opened Michael Caines at The Stafford in September 2025, marking his triumphant debut in the capital. The restaurant earned its first Michelin star in February 2026.
