Maycoll Tobón

Maycoll Tobón serves as Bar Director and Head Bartender at Bar Carmen, part of Grupo Carmen founded by Rob Pevitts and Carmen Ángel. The couple graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in San Francisco before moving to Medellín in 2008. Carmen Ángel's eponymous restaurant won a spot on the World's 50 Best for Latin America, and sister restaurant X.O. has earned three consecutive years on the list.
