About Mauro Uliassi

Mauro Uliassi transformed a small beachside café on the Senigallia waterfront into one of Italy's most celebrated restaurants. He earned his first Michelin star in 2000, his second in 2009, and his third in 2018. Known for his deep fascination with the interaction between smell, memory, and taste, Uliassi draws primarily on Adriatic seafood and local Marche produce. His sister Catia serves as maître d', and his son Filippo is the restaurant's sommelier.
