Previously ran Weinsinn (1★) and Gustav (2★, closed July 2024) in Frankfurt with wife Milica Trajkovska Scheiber. Opened Sommerfeld September 2024 on the Weinsinn premises as a fusion of both previous concepts. Awarded Michelin star in 2025 — newly starred. Bauhaus-style interior with open kitchen.
