Marcel Förster

Named Germany's second best chef in 2023. Leads the kitchen alongside proprietress Agata Reul (née Wójcik), who was born near Szczecin, Poland. Reul trained at Michelin-starred Victorians near Königsallee. At 31 she opened Agata's (2012). Only Polish woman in Germany to own a starred restaurant. Star held since 2013 — eleven consecutive years by 2024.
