About Ludovic Turac

Ludovic Turac became France's youngest Michelin-starred chef in 2015 at age 26. Trained at Le Bristol under Éric Frechon and at Guy Savoy in Paris, he returned to his native Marseille in 2013 to take over Une Table au Sud. His Armenian heritage and Mediterranean travels infuse his cuisine with authentic cultural depth, combining Provençal ingredients with global spice traditions.
