Luca Piscazzi is an Italian chef born in Rome who leads Pelagos at the Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens. In his first solo role as Head Chef, Pelagos earned one Michelin star within six months of opening in 2021 — a remarkable debut. His Mediterranean seafood cuisine bridges Italian and Greek culinary traditions.
