About Kenichi Yamamoto

Born in 1977 in Osaka. Trained at a French restaurant in Kyoto before moving to France in 2001, spending eight years across Lyon, Alsace, Basque Country, and Brittany. Refined his craft at Le Chateaubriand (formerly #1 World's 50 Best). Returned to Japan in December 2008 and opened Alchimiste in Shirokane in 2011.
