About Keita Kitamura
Born in 1980 in Shiga Prefecture. Trained for eight years under Chef Yoshihiro Narisawa, then worked at Pierre Gagnaire and other restaurants in France. Earned a Michelin star in Paris for five consecutive years starting in 2019 at ERH. With 15 years in Paris, he returned to Japan in 2024.
