About Keita Aoyama
Keita Aoyama was born in Hokkaido in 1987 and trained for approximately ten years at prestigious sushi restaurants: Sushisai Wakichi in Sapporo, the three-Michelin-star Sushi Mizutani in Ginza, and Sushi Taichi in Ginza. He opened Sushi Keita in Tsukiji in September 2017 at age 30 and earned his first Michelin star in 2019, maintaining it for more than seven consecutive years.
