Kazuma Gunji

Chef Kazuma Gunji was selected as saucier at a Michelin one-star French restaurant in Tokyo at a young age. After training at Tokyo's Michelin-starred Esquisse under Lionel Beccat, he continued in Lyon and Paris. He opened Saucer in October 2021.
