About Kai Ho
Born in Taichung, Taiwan. Started with Chinese cuisine foundation, trained internationally including at Guy Savoy Singapore and as head chef at JAAN under Julien Royer. Returned to Taiwan and opened Taïrroir in 2016. First chef globally to earn 3 Michelin stars for Taiwanese cuisine (2023).
