About Junya Kudo

Originally from Nagoya, Chef Kudo trained in traditional Edomae sushi technique. Shoukouwa was established as a partnership with the founders of Hong Kong's 3-Michelin-starred Sushi Shikon. Singapore's highest-starred Japanese restaurant.
