About Jordi Artal
Previously: Engineer at Silicon Valley (Engineering). Self-taught chef who left his Silicon Valley engineering career to pursue culinary dreams. Opened Cinc Sentits in 2004 with family. First Michelin star in 2008, second in 2015. Works exclusively with 30+ local Catalan farmers and artisans.
