Hiroshi Suzuki

Chef Hiroshi Suzuki trained under the Birdland lineage, one of Tokyo's most prestigious yakitori establishments. He served as Sous Chef at Birdland, where he was mentored by master Toshihiro Wada. His approach brings a modern interpretation to traditional yakitori techniques.
