Halaigh Whelan-McManus is the chef and founder of Bar Amour in Oslo, a one-Michelin-star restaurant (awarded 2024) that blends Portuguese and Nordic influences. Formerly of Maaemo and Hot Shop, he runs an intimate bar-counter kitchen focused on ingredient-driven small plates and wine pairings.
