Guillaume Barengo

Guillaume Barengo joined Le Restaurant du Cerisier as head chef in late 2025, succeeding Mathieu Boutroy who left to open Harmonie. Barengo brings a demanding and flavorful cooking style, highlighting seasonal arrivals and working closely with local market gardeners, fishmongers, and producers from the Hauts-de-France region.
