Tivoli has been the landmark fine-dining destination in Cortina d'Ampezzo for over two decades. Prest's cooking reflects the Dolomites' mountain ingredients — wild mushrooms, game, local dairy — presented with contemporary refinement.

Graziano Prest, born 1967 in the Alpago region (Belluno), has been the chef-patron of Ristorante Tivoli in Cortina d'Ampezzo since 2002, alongside his wife Maridilia Moro. For 18 years Tivoli was the only Michelin-starred restaurant in Cortina. He blends Dolomite mountain ingredients with refined Italian technique.
