Previously: Founder/Head Bartender at Paradiso; Bartender at Ohla Boutique Bar; Bartender at Eclipse Bar, W Hotel. Mentored by Giuseppe Santamaria. Born 1988 in Carrara, Tuscany. Named bar after family's ice cream shop (Gelateria Paradiso). Moved to London in early 20s to pursue bartending, then to Barcelona 2012. Won World Class Competition 2014 (top 8 globally). Trained under Giuseppe Santamaria at Ohla Boutique Bar. Co-founded Paradiso 2015 with wife Margarita Sader. World's #1 Best Bar 2022. Founded Paradiso Lab (R&D), Galileo Bar, and annual Paradiso Sustainable Summit. #17 Bar World 100 2024.
