Named bar after family's ice cream shop (Gelateria Paradiso). Moved to London in early 20s to pursue bartending, then to Barcelona 2012. Won World Class Competition 2014 (top 8 globally). Trained under Giuseppe Santamaria at Ohla Boutique Bar. Co-founded Paradiso 2015 with wife Margarita Sader. World's #1 Best Bar 2022. Founded Paradiso Lab (R&D), Galileo Bar, and annual Paradiso Sustainable Summit. #17 Bar World 100 2024.
