About Gérald Passédat
Gérald Passédat is a third-generation chef whose family established Le Petit Nice in 1917. After training at the Nice Hospitality and Culinary School and stages at Le Bristol, Troisgros, and Michel Guérard, he took the helm and earned his third Michelin star in 2008. His philosophy centers on the Mediterranean sea — absolute freshness and use of fish in their entirety — showcasing over 65 species of fish annually.
