About Gérald Guille
Originally from Étaples on the Opal Coast, Gérald Guille appeared on Top Chef in 2012 and trained under chef Michel Roth (Bocuse d'Or and Meilleur Ouvrier de France) for three years. He earned his first Michelin star in March 2023. Pastry chef Clémence Ringard won the Gault & Millau Pastry Chef Trophy after only two months of opening. The chef's cuisine centres on seafood, shellfish and crustaceans with a strong vegetable component.
