About Félix Robert
Félix Robert trained as a pastry chef at La Grenouillère under Alexandre Gauthier, then perfected his skills on fish and sauces at Troisgros and at Ryugin in Tokyo. His wife Nidta Robert Prathum, born in Uttaradit in northern Thailand, brings Southeast Asian sensibility to the dining experience. Together they opened Arborescence in June 2022 in Croix, earning their Michelin star for this brand-new table. Gault & Millau rates the restaurant 16/20 (Remarkable).
