About Federico Zanasi
Born 1975, Castelfranco Emilia. A decade with Moreno Cedroni, then head chef at Hotel Principe delle Nevi (Cervinia). Trained at elBulli Foundation alongside Ferran Adrià, which honed his blending of innovation and tradition. The concept of Condividere was born from a conversation between food critic Bob Noto, the Lavazza family, and Adrià.
