Evan Moore

Evan Moore trained at Heston Blumenthal's three-starred The Fat Duck from 2011, then moved to Dinner by Heston Blumenthal in London and later the Melbourne outpost. He joined Labombe by Trivet as Head Chef and earned a Michelin star in 2026. The restaurant was founded by Jonny Lake and Isa Bal MS, who also met at The Fat Duck.
