Eric Girardin

Eric Girardin and his wife Marilyn own and operate the Michelin-starred restaurant inside La Maison des Têtes — one of Alsace's most spectacular Renaissance buildings, its façade adorned with 105 sculpted stone heads. Girardin's cooking is described as 'simple, instinctive and elegant' — designed to evoke emotion through the purity and authenticity of local produce. The restaurant is also a Relais & Châteaux 5-star property. His 14–18 seat intimate dining room with Bocci blown-glass lamps and stained-glass windows creates an atmosphere of extraordinary refinement.
