About Emmanuel Stroobant

Belgian-born chef who pioneered fine French dining in Singapore since 2000. Named Chef of the Year at World Gourmet Summit 2002 and 2006. Earned first Michelin star in 2017, second in 2019. Also operates Shoukouwa and other dining concepts. Author of cookbooks including 'Cuisine Unplugged'.
