Palace Restaurant occupies the 10th floor of the Palace Hotel — a modernist building on the South Harbour with spectacular views over Helsinki's cathedral and sea. As Finland's highest-starred restaurant, Palace carries the weight of representing Finnish fine dining to the world — which Vottonen does through a deeply seasonal engagement with Finnish nature.

Eero Vottonen leads Palace Restaurant in Helsinki, Finland's only two-Michelin-starred restaurant.
