About Edgar Dook Chase IV
Fourth-generation leader of the legendary Chase family restaurant. Trained directly under his great-grandmother Leah Chase, the 'Queen of Creole Cuisine' and civil rights icon. The restaurant served as a meeting place for civil rights leaders including Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Continues 85+ years of African American culinary heritage in the Tremé.
