Attended Hotelschool Amsterdam. 8+ years in top Dutch gastronomic kitchens. 5 years as Kitchen Chef at Bougainville (1 star). Opened Showw December 15, 2023. Earned Michelin star in 2024 - just 10 months after opening. Known for 'High-End Comfort Food' with global seasonings and intricate sauce technique. Co-founded with Maître Sommelier Lendl Mijnhijmer (Michelin Sommelier Award 2024).
