Coline Faulquier

Coline Faulquier became the first Michelin-starred woman chef in Marseille when she earned a star at her restaurant Signature in 2021. A Top Chef 2016 finalist, she left Signature to take over the iconic L'Épuisette site in the Vallon des Auffes, reopening it as Auffo in April 2025. She earned two Michelin stars in the 2026 guide for her seafood-driven, botanically inspired Mediterranean cuisine.
