Tenjaku (led by Ryo Nishioka) is a second-generation tempura kaiseki rooted in Nishijin silk-district tradition, carrying a 60-year family legacy. The kitchen specializes in signature items such as Toyoukeya tofu tempura and tiger prawn, blending generational technique with focused seasonal sourcing and ceremonial presentation.
