About Chan Yan Tak
Historic figure as the first Chinese chef to receive 3 Michelin stars when Lung King Heen earned the honor in 2009. Started as a teenage apprentice in local restaurants. Known for elevating traditional Cantonese dim sum and roasted meats to fine dining status.
