Atsushi Suzuki opened The Bellwood in 2020 after stints at Angel's Share (NYC), Speak Low (Shanghai), and winning the Seagram's Masters Global Cocktail Competition 2017. Co-bartender Yumi Yoshino-Cheng crafts the seasonal programme.
