Apostolos Trastelis

The Zillers occupies a neoclassical building on Mitropoleos Street, with the Acropolis dominating the view from its rooftop terrace. The hotel is named after Ernst Ziller, the German architect who designed many of Athens' neoclassical buildings in the 19th century. This architectural history frames a cuisine that is equally engaged with Greece's past and present.
