About Andrea Larossa

Born 1980, Verbania (Lake Maggiore), with roots in Lazio and Basilicata. Self-taught, with formative experiences in Piedmontese kitchens including Carlo Cracco. Opened first restaurant in Alba (Langhe) in 2014, earning Michelin star in 2018. Relocated to Turin in 2022. Wife Patrizia Cappellaro serves as sommelier and front-of-house director. 2× Cappelli dell'Espresso, 1× Forchetta Gambero Rosso.
