About Andrea Camastra
Combines Italian roots with Polish produce and Asian accents, using molecular gastronomy techniques developed in his on-site laboratory.
Born in Bari, Italy (Puglia), Andrea Camastra holds a degree in Chemistry from Oxford and has lived in Poland for over 15 years. His previous restaurant Senses held a Michelin Star for five consecutive years until pandemic closure. He opened NUTA in 2022, earning a Michelin Star within 13 months. Singled out by Hervé This as the natural successor to Ferran Adrià.
