About Agostino Iacobucci
Born 1980, Castellammare di Stabia. Approached cooking at 15 in his aunt's restaurant in Lettere (Naples). First Michelin star at La Cantinella, Naples (2010). Moved to I Portici Bologna (2012), reconfirming star. After six-year growth journey, launched own restaurant at Villa Zarri. Proposes three tasting menus of 10-12 courses. Vegetables hand-picked from the garden. Journey between tradition and innovation — Neapolitan cuisine meets Emilian gastronomy.
