Yannick Delpech

Yannick Delpech previously held a Michelin star at L'Amphitryon near Toulouse. After closing that chapter, he opened Acte 2 in a former sawmill, creating an intimate table d'hôtes experience for fifteen guests. He earned a new Michelin star in March 2025 and deliberately chose not to raise prices after the distinction.
