Summer Chen

Summer Chen built her bartending career in Singapore before returning to Taiwan to co-found Vender with Darren Lim in 2019. Her gin and rum cocktail creations won world cocktail championships sponsored by Gin Mare and St. James Rum. Together they created the first Taichung bar on Asia's 50 Best Bars, now ranked #20 and named Best Bar in Taiwan two consecutive years.
