Founded by Ruth Rogers and late Rose Gray in 1987, originally as a staff canteen for architect Richard Rogers' office. Became one of London's most influential restaurants, training Jamie Oliver, Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall, April Bloomfield, and countless other chefs.
