Pierre Lambinon

Pierre Lambinon trained with Alain Ducasse before opening Py-R in Toulouse. He earned his first Michelin star in February 2016 at age 30, and his second in 2020. His cooking is marked by a love of vegetables and fresh herbs, with a distinctly Mediterranean sensibility.
