Mathieu Boutroy

Mathieu Boutroy previously helmed Le Restaurant du Cerisier in Lille, contributing to its Michelin star. He opened Harmonie in Villeneuve-d'Ascq in November 2025 with Jun-Xiu Taing, and was awarded a new Michelin star for this restaurant in 2026.
