Marco Sacco

Marco Sacco holds two Michelin stars at Piccolo Lago (Verbania). Serves as creative director of Piano35, which opened in Turin's Intesa Sanpaolo skyscraper. Resident chef Christian Balzo (born 1978) runs the daily kitchen, trained entirely in Piedmont. Son Simone Sacco manages the lounge bar. Star earned just eight months after opening (November 2020).
