Le Viet Hong

Chef Le Viet Hong (born 1992) trained at Ferrandi Paris and staged at Michelin three-star restaurants including Noma (Copenhagen), Sézanne (Tokyo), and Disfrutar (Barcelona) before returning to Vietnam. He opened CieL in September 2024 with co-owner Mai Thanh Liem and earned a Michelin star just seven months later, along with the Michelin Young Chef Award 2025.
