About Kotaro Meguro
Born in 1985 in Yokohama. After culinary school and training in Tokyo, he went to France and joined Le Petit Nice Passedat (3★) in Marseille. Upon returning to Japan, he worked at Quintessence (3★) in Tokyo. He opened abysse in 2015. Selected for World's 50 Best Restaurants Discovery in 2020.
