Koh Yung Shen

Koh Yung Shen is a self-taught bartender and streetwear entrepreneur who founded Backdoor Bodega in November 2016 behind his clothing store The Swagger Salon. With head bartender Ooi Foo Giap (Giap), a former barista, they won the Siete Misterios Best Cocktail Menu Award at both Asia's 50 Best Bars and World's 50 Best Bars 2025 — the first Asian bar to win the global menu award.
